I am so glad that I had the opportunity to use long-term CEEPUS student mobility to stay at the Montanuniversitaet Leoben for one semester and work with my co-supervisor, Prof. Dr. Hans-Juergen Gawlick. It was my pleasure to learn and discuss with colleagues and professors from the Chair of Petroleum Geology.
During my CEEPUS mobility period I used the possibilities to participate to many lectures given by the staff of the institute, and as well as by guest-professors of the CEEPUS network, such as Prof. Viktor Karádi from Eotvos Lorand University (Budapest, Hungary). During this period, I also had training in the frame of field trips (in Austria and Hungary) with other students. I used laboratories and analyzed material for my dissertation (conodont samples, thin sections, clays, and others).
I succeeded to collect and create a representative dataset that will hopefully result in more joint publications, and will also support the completion of my PhD thesis.
