I participated in an exchange program in Budapest for a month as part of the CEEPUS EURO Geo-Sci mobility initiative. This experience provided me with an excellent opportunity to connect with experts in my field and learn about new methodologies and approaches to geological issues. During my exchange, I collaborated with professors from the Geoscience Department at ELTE University and scientists from the industry. They were extremely helpful and offered me numerous ideas for potential solutions to the questions and uncertainties related to my PhD project. In addition to various consultations and discussion meetings, I also went on several field trips with other ELTE students, where I observed outcrops of sediments that were relevant to my research. I hope to continue collaborating with my colleagues on my PhD research and scientific career.
